Hello dear Readers and Friends of ‘Coaching & Training’!

I wanted to briefly let you know of a couple opportunities to benefit from further coach training opportunities. And, if you feel inclined, it would be really helpful if you were to pass this email on to friends and colleagues who you think could benefit! My regular posts are in the making as well, you won’t just get ‘ads’ ;-). Thank you!

  • Starting on May 12th, registration opens to the WBECS FREE Summit again. Several who had signed up last year mentioned how beneficial some the free coaching related training sessions were. And it’s not just for coaches. Everyone can learn something useful for their relational and conversational contexts from various experts. I will be sending out a couple more emails in the coming weeks so you can sign up through my affiliate link. If you are an ICF coach and need additional continued coach education units (CEUs), or you simply want to receive CEUs, you can receive up to 5 free credits (by attending at least 7 live sessions). The Free Summit begins on May 26th. Here are three speakers and topics that might peak your interest:

• Coaching Widespread Fear: Using Non-Reactive Empathy To Uplift Perspective – Marcia Reynolds
• Understand yourself (and others) with the ‘Four Tendencies’ Personality Framework – Gretchen Rubin
• Awareness in Action: Preparing Yourself — and Your Clients! — for a Better Future – David Peterson

  • You could win a free pass to the full summit! The more sign up, the more likely I will be able to raffle one free full summit pass to someone (and get a free one myself ;-). So, if you will actively promote the free summit on my behalf and let me know, I will add your name to the drawing.

  • The next Mentor Coaching Group, starts August 24th. This is especially useful for trained coaches pursuing a credential with the ICF as it meets their requirements for 10 hours of mentor coaching. Even if you are not sure whether you need a credential, you will come away with being more masterful as a coach and be able to serve others even more effectively. You can join the group whether you are pursuing a credential or not.
  • The Foundational Coaching Skills Training (FOCOS) still has space! Don’t delay to apply or to encourage your friends and colleagues to join this year’s cohort (starting September 16th). Due to Covid-19 and the unpredictable months ahead: the cohort will start online as always (as long as we have enough applicants). If for some reasons travel was to become complicated or impossible again for the onsite workshop in January 2021, we will continue the training in an online format.

That’s all for now!

Kind regards and have meaningful conversations with your friends and colleagues!

Let’s love people well!
