It is accredited by the ICF and meets their requirements for ACC (or PCC) applicants who want to stand out with a credential. Adding this option now gives you a clear path to your ACC credential in a most affordable way.

Upon completing FOCOS you receive:
  • FOCOS certificate of completion
  • Full training transcript for ICF credential application which meets and exceeds required 60+ hours of coach specific training by ICF, qualifies for ICF’s Portfolio application for non-accredited trainings

Upon completing the ICF Mentor Coaching Group you receive:
  • ICF certificate of completion of mentor coaching group: required 3 hours of one-on-one + 7 hours group mentor coaching = 10 hours of mentor coaching required for ACC applicants
  • 7 additional ICF approved CCEs (coach education in core competencies) + 2 RDs (resource development), which can be applied to credential application or credential renewal

When completing both FOCOS + the ICF Mentor Coaching Group:
  • you can confidently continue your journey towards your ICF ACC credential
  • you need to continue to acquire a minimum of 100 coaching experience hours with at least 8 clients (25% pro bono, 75% paid/barter)
  • apply to ICF and pay application fees
  • record and submit a qualifying audio recording of a live coaching session with one of your clients, including a verbatim, written transcript
  • pass the ICF coach exam (online multiple choice scenarios)

Tematiskā meditācija ir dabisks, relaksēts prāta stāvoklis, kad vienmēr klātesošais apzinātā prāta filtrēšanas mehānisms, kurš analizē ienākošās domas caur pagātnes pieredzēm un interpretācijām, ir atslābināts. Tomēr šādas meditācijas laikā notiek koncentrēšanās uz konkrētu domu, lai palīdzētu cilvēkam nonākt pie vēlamā mērķa.

Tematiskā meditācija visbiežāk ir vadīta meditācija, kurā cilvēks relaksētā stāvoklī klausās uz viņa vajadzībām un mērķiem balstītu, īpaši sagatvotu meditāciju, un/ vai meditācijas laikā, atslābinot apzināto prātu, spēj sazināties ar savu dziļāko Es.

Parasti relaksācijas vai miega meditācija palīdz atpūsties un atbrīvoties no domu skrējiena un aktivizēt apzinātību. Tematisko meditāciju mērķis ietver arī darbu ar emocijām, sajūtām, un to laikā cilvēks bieži vien pats spēj sadzirdēt svarīgas atbildes, kas viņam palīdz dzīvot piepildītāku un  jēgpilnāku dzīvi.

Apzināta prāta relaksācija un sava dziļākā ES saklausīšana, uz brīdi esot klusumā, kad apstājies ikdienas skaļais skrējiens, ir palīdzējusi daudziem cilvēkiem izprast un dziedināt sāpīgas atmiņas, pieredzes, kliedēt ierobežotu pārliecību ietekmi uz savas dzīves kvalitāti un vēlamajiem sasniegumiem. Ikvienam no mums ir dota spēja un iespēja būt vienotam ar dziļāko gudrību, kas mīt mūsos vienmēr un visur. Šī gudrība zina, kā, kad un kas mums ir vajadzīgs. Nododoties meditācijai ar mērķi koncentrēties uz izvēlēto ideju, vispirms tiek atslābināts ķermenis, parasti piedāvājot vizualizēt kādu nomierinošu situāciju vai vietu. Cilvēks var sajust patīkamu, astlābinošu siltuma sajūtu ķermenī, atslābums var izpausties kā smaguma vai, gluži otrādi, viegluma sajūta locekļos, elpošana palēninās, turklāt dzirde, redze vai smaržas uztvere var pastiprināties, sāpju sajūtas var mainīties. Iestājas nosacīts klusums, kas pārņem apzināto prātu, ļaujot ieklausīties savā iekšējā balsī.

Jā, bet tāpat kā, piemēram, atslābinošu procedūru (masāžas) laikā, ir cilvēki, kuri reaģē pilnībā relaksējoties (un dažkārt aizmiegot), un ir tādi, kuriem vajadzīgs ilgāks laiks nomierināties un atbrīvot apzināto prātu. Tas ir pilnīgi normāli, un labā ziņa ir tā, ka spēja atslābināties pēc iespējas dziļāk nav tiešs indikators cilvēka spējai uztvert un integrēt meditācijas laikā piedāvātās viualizācijas un idejas.  

Nē, lai arī apzinātais prāts un ķermenis meditācijas laikā ir atbrīvots, cilvēks saglabā spēju rīkoties un izvērtēt notiekošo. Tas attiecas arī uz meditācijas laikā izteiktajiem dziedinošajiem apliecinājumiem, pat ja cilvēkam ir pārliecība, ka pozitīvās pārmaiņas ir notikušas pašas no sevis, visdrīzāk tā ir cilvēka dota “atļauja” šādām pārmiņām notikt.

Nav zināmi gadījumi, kad cilvēks nespētu iziet no relaksēta prāta un ķermeņa stāvokļa. Tomēr bieži vien cilvēks vienkārši nevēlas atstāt šo klusuma, iekšēja miera un drošības piepildīto vietu! Un ar nepacietību gaida nākamo iespēju tur nokļūt.

Neirolingvistiskā programmēšana ir tehnika, kuras mērķis ir veicināt pozitīvu rezultātu personības attīstībā, tomēr, atšķirībā no tematiskām, uz izvēlētu mērķi vērstām meditācijām, NLP procesā parasti netiek iesaistīti zemapziņas procesi un līdz ar to izpaliek darbs ar emocijām.

Ķermeņa un prāta relaksācija, kas notiek meditācijas laikā, neietekmē konkrēta cilvēka miega režīmu. Patiesībā, gluži otrādi, meditācijai var būt nozīmīga loma miega traucējumu noregulēšanā un veselīga miega veicināšanā.

Tematiskās meditācijas nav altenatīva ārstniecības metode pieejamajiem medicīnas pakalpojumiem, lai novērstu radušos veselības traucējumus. Tas ir dažādu efektīvu ķermeņa un prāta atslābināšanās tehniku komplekss, kas var tikt izmantots, lai veicinātu izveseļošanos papildus konvenciālajām ārstēšanās metodēm vai arī lai novērstu potenciālos saslimšanas draudus, ko var radīt, piemēram, ilgstošs stress, uztraukums, nomāktība, motivācijas trūkums, emocionāli pārdzīvojumi.

Varbūtība ir tikpat liela kā neesot atslābinātā apziņas stāvoklī. Šī metode neveicina cilvēku vēlēšanos darīt kaut ko, ko viņi nevēlas. Tas attiecas arī uz dziediošiem apliecinājumiem, kas var tikt iekļauti tematiskās meditācijas procesā: klients ir spējīgs tos noraidīt arī atslābinātā apziņas stāvoklī, ja tie nesaskan ar viņa vērtībām vai ētikas principiem.

Tas var notikt, tomēr samērā reti, jo ir nepieciešams pakāpenisks process, strādājot ar emocijām un ierobežotām pārliecībām.
