But not sure what to focus on… yet…
“Is it this, or that, or something else?”
It’s more this.
“And what is important to you with this?
“And what’s the challenge FOR YOU with this?”
“Where do you want to be with this by the end of our conversation?”
Clarity.
Movement.
Don’t assume what your client wants.
Follow their lead. Don’t take their choice away.
Trust that they are capable and know.
